Dr. Donna de Villier, DNP, MN, PMHNP-BC,

Dr. Donna de Villier is a psychiatric advanced practice nurse specializing in working with adults, adolescents and children providing psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, medication management, crisis interventions, individual, couples and family therapy, to include cognitive behavioral and play therapy.

With over 25 years experience as an psychiatric advanced practice nurse, and as a graduate of Brandman University as a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, Dr. de Villier specialized in a variety of therapeutic modalities like interpersonal interactive therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.Other areas of expertise include medical and psychological assessment, diagnosis, functional assessments, behavioral plan development and she routinely collaborates with the public school system to get your child's special needs to meet with in the educational system.

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Dr. Donna de Villier has presented at National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of play therapy and play therapy training/supervision.

Dr. Donna de Villier is an interactive, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help patients effectively address personal life challenges.  She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each patient. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

Sophia Griswold, PMHNP-BC, RN, BSN

Sophia Griswold, PMHNP-BC, BSN, RN, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate mental health care through both medication management and psychotherapy. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centered treatment that supports each individual’s unique experiences and goals.

Sophia specializes in working with adolescents and young adults and has clinical expertise in anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, neurodivergence, and ADHD. She is passionate about helping clients understand their emotional world, develop healthy coping strategies, and build confidence in their ability to thrive. Her clinical approach integrates therapeutic insight, collaborative goal-setting, and a warm, supportive communication style that fosters trust and engagement.

Sophia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Francis and her Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner concentration from Purdue Global University. Her nursing experience spans interventional radiology, school nursing, child and adolescent psychiatric care, and psychiatric care across the lifespan, giving her a strong foundation in both medical and behavioral health.

During her graduate training, Sophia completed clinical rotations at Northeastern Center Community Mental Health Center, Authentic Connections Counseling, Ashby Gap Psychiatric Center, and North Spring Behavioral Healthcare. These experiences allowed her to provide care across diverse treatment settings and work with individuals facing a wide range of psychiatric needs.

Across all areas of her work, Sophia strives to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered as they move toward healing and personal growth.
